Car was 323i, 5-speed, a/c, and p/s as main options. Color was metallic green. It was extremely rusty - rockers, frame rails, floors, rear shock towers. It was probably brought to the US after 5 years in Germany exposed to their salt roads in the winters. All suspension parts are in suprisingly good condition - only slight surface rust in some areas.
Hopefully, parts from this car will live on in others (some parts are going on my '02).
