iV Jahrestreffen 2010 3er Club Spaniens - klobuznik - 27.11.2009

Grüsse an alle,

Wir arbeiten schon an den Vorbereitung des IV Jahrestreffen 2010 des 3er Club Spaniens.

Diesmal wird es an einem bestimmten Platz der Süd-östlichen Küste Spaniens stattfinden. Die Umgebung Benidorms wird zurzeit studiert.

Datum ist schon festgestellt: Das letzte Wochenende Aprils 2010 ....24-25 April 2010.

Die Mitgliedzahl wuchs von Jahr zu Jahr:

Natürlich sind Auslands-mitglieder willkommen. Der internationale Flughafen von Alicante ist nicht weit entfernt, und billige low-cost flüge wird es wohl noch anfang 2010 geben.

IV ANNUAL MEETINGOF THE BMW CLUB 3 SERIES (E21/E3O) SPAIN
23-25 April 2010 in Benidorm

Dear friends,

We are pleased to announce the details of our club's annual Meeting to be held in Benidorm, Alicante, 23-25 April 2010.

LOCATION
The place chosen for this year will be Hotel located in the Villaitana Villaitana Wellness Golf & Business Resort. The complex is designed as a Mediterranean village located within 2 golf courses of 18 holes with the Nicklaus Design firm, consisting of approximately 25 individual buildings, situated on a hill with a wonderful view toward Great Bay “Marina Baixa”, where you'll find, besides a hotel in Benidorm, 4 and 5 star hotels, a world of relaxation and a new concept of luxury hotel in Benidorm , on the Costa Blanca.

The resort has been designed by Spanish architect Andrés Piñeiro and blending traditional elements that capture the architectural style of the Marina Baixa, reproducing some of the most beautiful monuments, with its picturesque squares, old buildings and amazing romantic corners of the various localities in the area.

For our event, and given the crisis in which we are engaged, we decided that we will be staying in the hotel 4 *.

LODGING AND MEALS PRICE

The prices we have negotiated for our members, and are below the priced we had at the concentration in Bilbao last year 2009 are as follows:

Friday’s dinner, and night, saturday’s breakfast, dinner and night and Sunday’s breakfast will cost 139Eur (VAT included) per person in a double room.

Arrival at the hotel in the evening, entertainment, welcome and such ...

Drinks at the hotel’s disco, or trip to Benidorm nightlife…

SATURDAY APRIL 24

Breakfast
Meeting to provide road maps and instructions.
Departure at about 11:30
Stop in for refreshment at Guadalest
Lunch in Finestrat (IMPORTANT: As every year, this food is not included in the price of accommodation and must be paid separately)
Back to the hotel (is ten minutes away from the restaurant)
Annual Meeting of the Club with the assistance of members, shouting, arguments and an interesting debate ...
Dinner with prestents
More Drinking

Sunday 25 April

Breakfast
Farewell to first members
We will study the chances of organizing an activity consisting of a coastal route Benidorm, Altea, Calpe and Moraira, about 35 Km

Hallo Karl,

Termin passt und Christina und ich sind am Überlegen ob wir nicht zum Treffen in den Flieger steigen. Wie schaut das mit Fahrgelegenheiten beim Treffen aus?
Mit dem Auto runter zu fahren ist mir zu weit und ich denke vor Ort bekomme ich lediglich einen NoName-Leihwagen (E30 wird wohl kein Verleiher vor Ort haben :-)) den wir einfacherweise ab/bis Flughafen nehmen. Bei dem Hotel habe ich schon angefragt, wir bekommen noch einen zusätzlichen Rabatt, wenn wir eine Woche bleiben.

Zunächst muss ich mal meinen Terminkalender ein wenig quälen um abzusichern, dass wir die Woche auch wirklich freihalten können und dann gehts weiter ...

Sind eventuell noch weitere aus dem Umland, die ebenfalls Interesse haben eine Stippvisite zum Spanischen Treffen anzugehen? Dann gebt mal Laut. Vielleicht lässt sich dementsprechend was organisieren.
