Today we were at the NECPWA North End of Season Rally at the Beamish Museum.
NECPWA was the North East Club for Pre War Austins. Then they decided to broaden their appeal and renamed themselves to the North of England Classic and Pre War Automobile Club. Sometimes unofficially known as the North East Club for Pretty Well Anything. You can get a feel for the variety from the photo, but you had to be there to really enjoy it.
7 BMWs - 3 x E30 (325iA Cabbie, 320iA Touring, 318is), 2 x Z3, 1 x E39 (528i), 1 x E46 (328iA Touring)

The picnickers are all sitting under the trees on the grass bank overlooking the show field - from exactly where the picture was taken !
