Yes. Something like that. A lot of members have expressed dissatisfaction within the club with no resolution, so the next step is to escalate.
I think this needs a group of members to contact BCIC as a group, rather than as individuals. I would be happy to support such a move, however I cannot lead this due to language barriers and the time I commit to BMW Car Club GB and to BMW Clubs Europe Federation https://www.bcef.eu/default.asp

Please excuse my late reply, but I was away on business.
As I have already made my decision to resign from the club due to the current leadership, it would not be a good move as a quasi non-member to follow up after the fact. Before I would complain to an official body, one should choose to talk directly to the board. If this does not lead to a satisfactory result, one could always go the way of an official complaint.
I have also discussed this with other club members who see it similarly.
Since your club membership still exists, you can of course go the way you outlined. Regarding the language barrier, you can assume that English should not be a problem.
