Classic Data is a self-fulfilling prophecy. If it says a car is worth €4000, then the sellers ask for 4000, and the buyers are willing to pay 4000. All because Classic Data say so.
This is what they mean by 'Es sind Erfahrungswerte' - they know from experience that if they print a price that is approximately corrrect (+/-50%) very few people will argue, and it will become the market value. Everyone is happy except a few experts, who will discuss it in an Owners Club, and probably reach no conclusion. And Classic Data will continue to sell their product.
