part 12 11 1 360 692 is called distributor (Zündverteiler in german). I have no idea about the last 2 pictures.
But I guess your question is about the petrol engine firing point (Zündzeitpunkt in german)?
Engine running:
BMW 318 (1975 and later) - 25° before upper dead center at 2300 RPM
Engine "standing":
BMW 318 (1975 and later) - 3° before upper dead center

This is answer of my second question. Do you know for 518 M10 1975-1980 akin or not at all? (My engine was make over (myself) from 316 E21 1977 to 518 M10B18 1975-1980)

There are 2 versions of the BMW 518 engine. According to my manual the 91 octane engine was use from 1975.
Running:
BMW 518 (engine for 91 octane fuel) - 25° before UDC at 2000 RPM
BMW 518 (enginge for 95/98 octane fuel) - 25° before UDC at 1400 RPM
Standing:
BMW 518 (engine for 91 octane fuel) - 8° before UDC
BMW 518 (enginge for 95/98 octane fuel) - 3° before UDC
I´m sorry, but I have no diagram about the centrifugal governor (
Fliehkraftregler in german) in my repair manual.

eine grafische Darstellung, vermutlich Explosionszeichnung.
Wer kann da helfen? Ist das entsprechende Teil unserer 318 Versager-Modelle baugleich?

3000 U/min: 32°
3500 U/min: 36°
4000 U/min: 39°
4500 U/min: 43°
Die Unterdruckverstellung hat eine spätverstellung zwischen 65 und 130 mm Hg (jeweils +/- 20 mm Hg) um 12°, zwischen 140 (+/- 20) mm Hg und 250 (+/- 10) mm Hg setzt die Frühverstellung ein (14° KW). Rest morgen *gähn*
