We have to change our euros in pounds and take the ferry
to GB first.
The plane isn´t an option because of limited baggage weight.
I think i´d prefer german queues and old people, searching
for the right coins.
I´m not in a hurry.

That's why I offered the Albert Heijn option. Just pop over the border to the country of trailer drivers. On your way back you could pick up some other Dutch specialties for enjoyment when you get home
