Für alle Deutsche Spezialisten.... Ich habe dieses Thema auch auf einen andere (Jeroen e21 NW) gezetzt. Meinen Deutsch ist leider nicht so gut für einen guten Translation (?). Ich hoffe dass es für einen Holländer gestattet ist um diese Frage im Englisch weiter zu stellen....

This subject is specially for the owners of an e21 baur TC1.
I want a hardtop at the backside. I think that the comfort will increase enormeously in winterdays. So I have a few questions;
- Was there at any time an hardtop available? I heard once that there was someting, not original of BMW/ Baur.
- Does the (rare I know) hardtop of an e30 baur fit?
- And if the above answers are no... I want to make it...
I think, it must be possible to make one on your own. It must be possible to make it of polyester, of course with a rear window of real glass and heating....I think to make it first of raw material. The outside can be made of "sonnenland cloth", as of the rest of the roof. Most important thing is that I want it to look original, so the shape (in- and outside) must be real good desigened.
Is there someone who already run "this path"?
Are there more owners of a tc1 who are interested to think about this project? I'm sure that when there are a few more the costs will be decreased per item.
