I have the oppurtnity to get these wheels

If I was to get these, when I come to Germany later this year I was gona buy some 2.5" lips, new chrome screws and centre caps. Do you think it is worth doing it this way? Will I be able to take the wheels apart myself or will I need to take them to a professional and would I need to buy anything else?

Do you want 2 buy wheels like this in germany ? Or can you buy this examples in NZ ?
